At the urban planning expertise proceedings in Bremen (Germany) for a peninsular in the former harbor area of Bremen and in close proximity to the historic city center the proposal by SMAQ with Man Made Land has been recommended by the top panel of experts as the basis for further processing to the development of the planning area that is now called “Überseeinsel†(oversea island).
